SUSANNE KAUFMANN

As a child, SUSANNE KAUFMANN accompanied her grandmother to remote meadows and canyons in the Bregenzer Forest, to collect herbs for salves and lotions. In her family, the wisdom surrounding nature’s healing powers has been passed through generations. On the basis of this knowledge, and with the collaboration of dermatologists and pharmacists, Susanne Kaufmann developed her skincare line for face and body, for men and women. Susanne Kaufmann limits herself to few, high quality substances: pure vegetable oils, herbal and floral essences from wild collection and organic cultivation. Crude oil, often used in industrially manufactured cosmetics, is not to be found in her products. Furthermore, artificial preservatives or colors, petroleum jelly, silicone or paraffin oils are never used. Susanne Kaufmann takes a stand against cosmetic testing on animals and animal derived ingredients and instead pushes for hypoallergenic ingredients and scents. She makes an argument for conscious body care.
