Demy Lee, DEMYLEE‘s founder, moved to New York City from her native Korea where she studied at Parsons School of Design. After graduating, she held design positions at Calvin Klein and GAP Inc., and she later played a key role in launching Tory Burch’s first collection. After the birth of her first daughter, she decided to launch her own line in 2007, designing what she appreciated and reached out for the most – sweaters.
DEMYLEE New York caters to those who appreciate the simple luxury and powerful versatility of the individual piece. Her signature balance of timeless sophistication and youthful novelty fills a niche in the industry for classic yet current knitwear.
