Béton – asphalt, reminiscent of the city and the heat in summer. Ciré – waxed, cheers to the fishermen from Brittany with their unmistakable yellow waxed raincoats, their work in nature, on the high seas.
For her label BÉTON CIRÉ, Amélie Le Roux was inspired by her grandfather, who always and everywhere wore a short hat, like the current Miki, Béton Ciré’s best-selling model. A short headgear with exposed ears, so you can listen to the waves and yet be protected from the wind and weather.
Amélie’s creations are unisex and timeless. With a lot of dedication, her authentic models are elaborately handcrafted in a manufactory in the south of France.
