The word ‘aerende’ means ‘care’ in Old English. AERENDE is a social enterprise producing beautiful, natural homewares. The soap and candles are created by a programme supporting young people with disabilities in Hertfordshire.
The candles are made from rapeseed wax, a sustainable and non-toxic alternative to standard paraffin or soya wax candles. The wicks are made from a blend of linen and cotton.
The soap is natural glycerine with 100% essential oil fragrances, no parabens or phthalates.
The packaging is plastic free, and all the materials used in the production are non-toxic and organic.
