WHAT I LIKE‘s founder Renate was born in Switzerland and is a trained fashion designer. After graduating, she worked in New York, Thailand and India. However, it quickly became clear to her that the fashion scene also has its dark sides. With the birth of her daughter Lilly, she therefore founded her own label for children’s clothing. From the beginning it was important to her to make a difference for her family, for everyone involved in the production process and for the children and families who buy her products. A sustainable production process with fair wages and respectful treatment of each other.
In the last 10 years WIL has grown into a dynamic and socially responsible company consisting of a team of family and friends who, like the founder, put their heart and soul into their work.
The WIL team lives the WIL values in private as well as in the company and is always striving to make everything a little bit better.
