It was in 2003, during a trip to Bali, motivated by numerous encounters that Laurence Appietto Raffaelli created her first model: a revisited pair of Thai pants. She sold them in her small multi-brand boutique in Porto-Vecchio and they were a great success! The idea of creating Karma Koma was then obvious, with the desire to offer women simple but feminine models in flowing fabrics in solid colors.
