A dream of more than 10 years became reality when KARAMELLERIET finally opened the doors to our own small handmade production in May 2006. A dream that was born, already in the early high school years on Bornholm.
In an abandoned bicycle cellar in Jægersborggade on Nørrebro, Copenhagen would now have its first handmade caramel cookery.
